Become the product expert and liaison for your area of expertise Communicate with members from each department to assess goals, priorities, incentives, and strategy Drive the product development life cycle - write product specifications, test new features, manage beta programs, create documentation including marketing materials, oversee quality assurance efforts, and support existing products Possess a detailed understanding of how our home automation functionality works. This includes low-level firmware operation, cloud-based data aggregation, and information application in user interfaces Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met for your projects Work with engineering, support, sales, and high-profile partners to resolve product issues Plan the go-to-market strategy for new products - collaborate with engineering, sales, supply chain and other teams, educate stakeholders, and deliver product presentations Conduct market research - gather feedback from customers and analyze the market landscape Develop and maintain relationships with Alarm.com's technology partners Champion enhancements to existing products REQUIREMENTS Minimum B.S. or B.A. from a competitive school with strong academic performance Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Passion for consumer technology and interest in developing a deep understanding of complex products and technologies Strong computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) General knowledge of business, economics and/or finance Transcript required if applicant has graduated since, or anytime after 2020 Experience in the following areas is a plus:
Electrical engineering, computer programming, computer networking, RF technologies, machine learning, voice applications, cellular/wireless technology, math and statistics, user interface design, web/mobile development, home security systems, customer service, CRM systems, HVAC systems, and smart home automation. $80K -- $100K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
