EDM Administrator

OverviewLMI is seeking an Electronic Data Management (EDM) Administrator to join our EDM team.
This position is responsible for installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Business Intelligence (BI), Visualization, and related Data Governance and Data Access tools and applications leveraged by the team.
Duties will include establishing best practice methodologies to support development of, and to lead administration and operations and maintenance for, all related EDM platforms.
This position involves the design and development of the BI/data visualization architecture, security layers (including user access), change control processes, and related support.
This position will also require knowledge of data architecture, data quality and master data management principles and best practices.
This position will administer how the company s structured and unstructured data is stored, consumed, integrated/shared, and reported by IT application systems.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with infrastructure engineers, software developers, Enterprise Data Architects, system owners, and business users to understand the end-to-end lifecycle of dataMap systems and interfaces used to manage data, set standards for data management, analyze current state and conceive desired future stateMaintain an enterprise data governance program, including systems, processes, and policiesPerform installation and upgrades of visualization tools (currently Tableau Servers) in adherence to best practices and change control processesPerform day to day administration of tools and servers (currently Tableau Servers) in all environments:
to include Active Directory and Okta/SSO Tableau integrationsMap systems and interfaces used to manage data, set standards for data management, analyze current state and conceive desired future stateMaintain an enterprise data governance program, including systems, processes, and policies.
Acquire and integrate new data with existing data sourcesAssist as needed with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BI, visualization and and other EDM tools, platforms, and applications (eg, Tableau Desktop)Support with BI, visualization and EDM-related development tasks as needed.
Support and mentor BI, visualization and EDM developers on the team (especially Tableau developers, currently).
Other projects/duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, related fields, or equivalent work experience required10
years of relevant IT and business/industry work experienceExperience with deploying and managing BI/data visualization environments in a hybrid architecture On-Prem and Cloud.
Experience working with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
Experience troubleshooting a Single Sign-on (SSO) and Okta support for BI/data visualization tools (currently Tableau)Understanding of master data management and data quality conceptsKnowledge and skills in data analysis, data modeling, data profiling, and data management of structured and unstructured data.
Understanding of industry best practices in the various aspects of information, technology trends, enterprise operations knowledge and the ability to develop solutions.
Preferred 2 years of experience with at least three of the following:
MS SQL, TSQL, PostgreSQL, SnowFlake, Oracle, Streamsets, MS Azure, Tableau, and Immuta.
Preferred 3 years of experience with at least two of the following:
CMD, PowerShell, Python, Bash.
Knowledge of Tableau Desktop Experience/Support, Tableau Server Administration, and Tableau command line utilities.
Experience with ServiceNow and Jira in managing tasks and good understanding of Agile methodologies, (eg, Scrum, Lean, Kanban)Strong troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skillsThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as needed, for which you must be a US Citizen.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
